How does the design process work?
Once your deposit is processed we will contact you via email. We will chat about colors and stains. I will then send you a digital proof of your sign. If you are not satisfied with the design we can make appropriate changes until you love it! You can also send us a photo of your space and we can help design something together!

How much is shipping?

Your shipping total will be provided to you with your first proof - If quote is more than expected your deposit can be refunded if you wish!

I have a specific design in mind but I don't see it on your social media, can you make it? 
We LOVE custom designs! If you have an idea in mind we can work together to create something unique. There is no additional charge to create a new designs

Can my sign be waterproofed?
At this time we do not create weatherproof signs.

How much will my sign weigh?
Depending on size smaller (12") signs weigh approximately 3 lbs. while larger (24") signs can weigh up to 11 lbs.

When can I expect my sign?
Turnaround is 8-10 weeks from finalization of your proof. If rush is purchased, 1.5 weeks from finalization of your proof.

How do I hang my signs?
All signs will have hangers on the back for easy hanging. Cutouts have double sided wall adhesive tape.

I have a specific size I need, can you accommodate?
Absolutely! We are able to make rounds up to 50" in diameter, rectangles up to 60" in length and cutouts up to 30" in length. At this point we are only able to ship signs no larger than 24”

Can I return my order?
Because of the handmade nature of our products they cannot be returned. We are a small business and customer service along with craftsmanship is our TOP priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us lushlemonco@gmail.com

Will my sign look EXACTLY like my photo proof?
We try our absolute best but due to the nature of wood stain and wood grain colors will vary. Also, color calibration on your monitor or phone may affect the true color.
