          SHIPPING
Please allow up to 6-7 weeks for completion of your sign from the date of your proof finalization (1.5 weeks if rush order is purchased)

Canada shipping transit time: 2-5 days*
USA shipping transit time: 5-10 days*
*transit days are approximate, we are not responsible for delayed packages once package is in transit.
Packages are shipped through Dicom, Canpar, UPS, Fedex or Purolator.
International shipments may incur additional fees such as duties & taxes. Lush Lemon Co. is not responsible for additional fees upon delivery of package.

          LOCAL PICKUP
Pickup in Brantford, ON does not incur any shipping or handling fees. Please contact us at least 24 hours before you plan on picking your purchase up. Address will be provided upon final purchase.

         REFUNDS
Because of the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns or refunds. Please let us know within 3 days of your delivered package if there are any issues with your item(s) and we will gladly correct any errors.

          DEPOSIT REFUNDS
Deposits can only be refunded before the second digital proof is sent to you. Your refund will be processed within 2 days of your request using the same format of initial payment.
